  • Mix the baking soda with the regular facial cleanser for making an exfoliating cleanser. You can also make a paste with just soda and water.

Nourishing sugar scrubs

Another best natural exfoliant is granulated sugar. Mix the sugar with honey. Honey contains powerful antioxidant and antimicrobial properties that can be very beneficial for the skin.

  • One teaspoon raw sugar

Directions

Salt has no fragrance, so you can add your favourite essential oils to your DIY salt scrub if you want to.

  • 1/2 cup sea salt
  • 1/2 cup oil of your choice

Directions

  • Make a mixture of sea salt and oil in a mixing bowl.
  • Mix properly and add more salt or oil to get the consistency right f needed.
